Children Ministry

Abundant Life Our Hearts in Action, ALOHA, is the children’s ministry here at Abundant Life. Our mission to create a safe, loving environment where children can learn about God’s love for them. It is important that children understand that the Bible is a book of awesome true stories that are both interesting and exciting. It’s equally important that we teach them how the Bible is also God’s living word that can and does apply to our lives today. Each weekly lesson is written and delivered to foster a foundation of Biblical knowledge that children can build on their entire lives.

A typical Sunday morning at the ALOHA Hut includes:

• Group singing (and usually some dancing too)
• Class time where the age groups separate and talk about the Bible story, lesson, participate in a craft, etc.
• Snack time
• A brief outside playtime (weather permitting)
• Closing class activities

Our Classes are divided into The Nursery (birth – 2 years) The Swimmers (ages 2-3 years) The Coconuts (ages 4 years – through Kindergarten) and the Surfers (ages 1st grade through 5th grade)
We are here to provide a structured and instructional Church experience for our children. It is of upmost importance that they feel loved and valued just as Jesus loves and values them!
